“ It was my and my husbands first time at Liberty Public Market and we were both very pleasantly surprised! I ordered the sisilog, which is pork sisig with rice and an egg. I really enjoyed my meal, both the portion size and the taste. The sisilog was very heavy on the citrus my preference and the meat was crispy! There were small slices of chili throughout, which provided some nice heat, as well as slices of red onion. I dont eat very much so it ended up lasting me for three meals It was pretty pricey at 16 for just the entree, but I thought it was well worth it. I also got the ube milk tea nondairy, which was nice but tasted much more like ube milk than ube milk tea, in my opinion. The taste of the ube comes out very strong, which for me is always a good thing I strongly recommend anyone to check this place out for good Filipino food! ”
“ I actually was gonna give this place one star. Ordered the Lechon plate and realized they did not call my name and it ended up sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. When we expressed our frustration the girl in a cowboy hat quickly offered to remake the dish and give us extra lechon and a drink to compensate for our patience. I understand things get mixed up at any restaurants. There was a new staff and the orders were long. I appreciated the fact that the girl was working hard and she worked quickly to resolve the issue. Heated up the lechon at home for 3 minutes in the oven and the food was delicious. I actually like their garlic rice the best, which is something they make for any order. Nice job cowboy hat girl! ”
“ Enjoyed the pancit gulay vegan noodles, a side of the longanisa sweet sausages, and the grilled chicken platter. Liberty Station restaurants often can have long waits at peak times, but we came a little after lunch rush on a weekday holiday and I think we waited around 10 mins or so for our food. I felt the portion sizes were fair, the food was fresh and tasted great. The staff were very friendly. ”
“ Im curious about this place for a long time and finally got to try it today! I ordered a Sisilog bowl, it has a lot of crispy pork belly in it. It is so delicious. The flavor is very delicious and you dont feel the pork belly is too heavy. The white rice is perfect to eat with the pork belly. I highly highly recommend this dish to everyone, if you love fatty meat, you will enjoy this! ”

“ I ordered the Sisilog with an extra egg. And a side of vinegar. which I didnt end up needing this is the best Filipino dish Ive ever had dont tell my wife . All the flavors where so balanced. The spice was great! Might be a little spicy if your not into spicy but it was slightly hotter than youre average hot sauce good amount of vinegar. Such a good experience. Im so happy. I rarely write reviews, but this is so good I couldnt not. Im going again for dinner before I fly out. This was my first time so hopefully its consistent best thing Ive had in this food court by far! ”
“ I ordered the Pinoy BBQ today. It was marinated well, cooked perfectly and tasted amazing with the garlic rice. My friend ordered the lechon. Its easy for lechon to get dry and the skin to get chewy which is why Im picky about ordering it but this dish was crispy and juicy. The rice portions were generous, which is a plus. We also ordered the calamansi iced tea and loved it. It was refreshing beverage for a hot summers day. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would come here again. The staff were friendly and our orders came out in a timely manner. I would like to try the ube pandesal next time! P.S. BBQ and lechon usually come with an egg and atchara but we both had it removed from our orders. ”
